The best place to discuss your plans and ideas
is in your own bathroom. We can then see how to make the best of your space, and also get a feel
for the house and what style of bathroom would complement your home.
It may be that doors can be turned around or windows enlarged to give better light. Other options are altering the placement of the shower, bath, toilet or vanity, and whether plumbing will need to be changed.
With new products being developed all the time it is possible to reconfigure rooms with huge impact. Accurate measurements are taken, and your specific needs and ideas are discussed.
Now, we’re ready to begin the design process!
Presentation of the plans and 3D CAD design
The next step is we make an appointment for you to come to our premises in Hataitai, Wellington. You are given an informal presentation of potential bathroom layouts i.e. different versions of what the room could look like.
This includes a virtual 3D computer generated plan so you can see a 3D impression of your proposed bathroom design.
See and touch the products in our showroom
You are then invited into our showroom where you can see and touch bathroom products used in your design.
This means you know exactly what you are getting and allows you to make changes based on your personal preferences.
What happens next?
A quote is prepared based on your chosen design. When you are ready, Park & Clarke will project manage your new bathroom installation or renovation from start to finish! This includes obtaining the building consents necessary from the council, sourcing all the products and installing them, plus doing any tiling, painting and final decorative finishes required.
Of course, Park & Clarke can come on board at any stage in the planning and implementation process.
