Start at the beginning
– your new laundry design
The best place to discuss your plans and ideas is in your own laundry. We can then see how to make the best of your space, and also get a feel for the house and what style of laundry would complement your home.
Many options can be looked at including placement of the washing machine, dryer, and laundry tub, and whether plumbing will need to be changed. Perhaps
you need more storage space or want to look at water heating options.
With new products being developed all the time, it is possible to reconfigure rooms with huge impact.
Accurate measurements are taken, and your specific needs and ideas are discussed. Now, we’re ready to begin the design process!
Presentation of the plans and 3D CAD design
The next step is: we make an appointment for you to come to our premises in Hataitai, Wellington.
You are given an informal presentation of potential laundry layouts i.e. different versions of what the room could look like. This includes a virtual 3D computer generated plan so you see a 3D view of your proposed laundry design.
See and touch the products in our showroom
You are then invited into our showroom where you can see and touch the products used in your design.
This means you know exactly what you are getting and allows you to make changes based on your personal preferences.
What happens next?
A quote is prepared based on your chosen design. When you are ready, Park & Clarke will project manage your new laundry installation or renovation from start to finish! This includes obtaining the building consents necessary from the council, sourcing all the products and installing them, plus doing any tiling, painting and final decorative finishes required.
Of course, Park & Clarke can come on board at any stage in the planning and implementation process.
